LEAPFROG Partners specializes in assisting early stage to mid-size companies by providing CFO, general business, financial, accounting and human resource management services. With a specialty in new media, we provide services to a wide range of clients. Our business relationships are developed primarily through professional referral, as such, we maintain a low overhead operation and are able to provide quality services at modest cost.

Dale Bainbridge and Laura Ruggiero are the company's principal partners. We can act as your outsourced corporate development resource on single projects or engagements that may span many months, depending on your needs. We can assist you in developing business plans and/or supporting financial models for use in external fundraising and internal planning and budgeting. We can also assist you in developing acquisition or divestiture strategies and work with you through the due diligence and negotiation phases of a transaction. We have extensive experience in developing plans and support for venture/bank financing, Board and management presentations, and general business planning. We are also experienced in both sell-side and buy-side transactions.
