Dale Bainbridge is a partner with LEAPFROG Partners LLC. Prior to forming LEAPFROG Partners, Dale held positions as chief financial officer with Cleveland based Acero, Inc. and Brulant Inc. Formerly, he was senior vice president of finance for Computer Associates Global Professional Services Group. He also served as chief financial officer of Realogic Inc. a Cleveland based technology services company sold to Computer Associates in 1998. Prior to joining Realogic Dale was employed as a divisional vice president of finance and administration for a number of operating units within Sterling Software Inc.

Mr. Bainbridge holds a MBA from Cleveland State University and a BS in Psychology from The Ohio State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Laura Ruggiero is a founding partner of LEAPFROG Partners LLC. Previously Laura worked as a crisis management consultant assisting businesses experiencing changes in circumstances or financial difficulty by providing guidance in cash management, restructuring, and developing plans to return to profitability and financial stability. As a director at Computer Associates Global Professional Services Group, she assisted with the acquisition and integration of multiple service companies to form the nearly 4,000-employee worldwide division. Formerly, she served as corporate controller for Realogic, Inc. and was responsible for all international accounting activities. Prior to joining Realogic, Ms. Ruggiero was an audit manager for Ernst & Young LLP, where her work included acquisition and divestiture audits and her client base focused on both entrepreneurial and SEC companies.

Ms. Ruggiero holds a BBA in Accounting from Cleveland State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
